II. Type and Scope of Services Provided

The jacekdudzic.pl website is used for ordering and presenting collectible vinyl records, as well as informational and educational materials, and for their promotion. Use of the website’s resources is entirely voluntary.

The operator has the right to voluntarily change prices, display exchange rates and educational materials, add digital products, withdraw digital products, as well as conduct and terminate promotions.

In the case of courses and virtual products, they are available immediately after the payment is processed.

The basic condition for order fulfillment is that the Customer correctly fills out the order form. In the event of any ambiguity regarding the submitted data, the store reserves the right to suspend order fulfillment. The Customer will be immediately informed of the situation.

If the expected order fulfillment time is extended, the Customer will be notified immediately and will decide on how to proceed (e.g., extend the waiting time, cancel the order).
III. Terms of Use

Courses, information packages, and accompanying services may be used by interested parties in both paid and free versions. For free courses and materials, access is unlimited. For paid courses, information packages, and accompanying services—access is granted upon payment of the fee.

Paid courses and services become available to the User once the payment is credited to the account.

The User’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes consent to the sending of commercial information, as defined by the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204), to the email address provided by the User.

The User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).

The website operator assumes no liability for any damages incurred or that may arise if false or incomplete data is provided.

A user who learns through a purchased course bears full responsibility for their learning outcomes or lack thereof, as well as for any actions resulting from the knowledge gained.

VI. User
§1
Users of jacekdudzic.pl may be individuals or companies who will use the resources of the jacekdudzic.pl informational and educational website, in particular:
a. who will use the free and paid courses offered,
b. who will participate in webinars, meetings, conferences, and other events organized by the jacekdudzic.pl informational and educational website

The user is obligated to use the website in accordance with the rules and British law. The disclosure of personal data is done at the user’s own risk.

The user is obligated to provide information if there has been a change in personal data or other types of information.

The User is liable for any violation of these Terms of Service.

The User’s rights and obligations may be transferred to third parties in writing.

VII. Warranty and Complaint Procedure

Complaints regarding the Winyl ID service, as well as courses and informational materials, must be submitted to: . The complaint will be reviewed within 7 business days at the latest.

Security certificates are used; therefore, the website is not liable for data transmission, including the execution of banking transactions.

Pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), who has entered into a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving reasons and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34(2), and Article 35.

The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in relation to a contract where the subject of performance consists of audio or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

VIII. Payment Terms

User payments are processed through the external payment systems of TPay, Stripe, and PayPal.

Access to courses and services is granted once the payment has been processed.

All prices are listed in Polish zlotys and include VAT. Shipping costs, which depend on the selected delivery method and payment method, are added to the value of the physical products ordered (e.g., vinyl records).

The Store reserves the right to change the prices of the Goods in its offer, introduce new Goods to the Store’s offer, and conduct promotional campaigns on the Store’s website. This right does not affect the prices of Goods in orders placed before the effective date of the price change, promotional terms, or sale.
IX. Technical Matters

The Operator shall not be liable for any errors or irregularities in internet transmission, nor for the consequences of sending incomplete data or information.

The data referred to above is protected in accordance with applicable regulations using the best technical security measures, including, among others, a server on which the software is located, situated in a secure, constantly monitored, specially designated room. Data is stored and processed using secure mechanisms for the transmission of personal data. The transmission of personal data occurs via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer v3) protocol. This method involves the encryption and decryption of data between the client’s browser and the server. SSL encrypts, authenticates, and ensures the integrity of messages.

Unless otherwise specified in the announcement regarding the amendments, the amended Terms and Conditions shall take effect within 7 days of the date of publication.
