I’m looking for forgotten records! Since I travel the world a lot, I have the chance to visit record stores—both small and large—where I spend some time in the used vinyl section, especially looking at the ones nobody wants anymore. They’re sold for free or for a nominal fee. They’re tucked away in a corner somewhere, under the main counter, often invisible at first or second glance. Some are irreparably scratched, while others have labels smudged with a marker. But each one holds a story within it. And I’m discovering those stories and describing them here. In this collection, you’ll find artists whom probably no one remembers anymore, and whose songs aren’t played on any radio station in the world anymore. You’ll also find records that have traveled thousands of kilometers only to end up in the most unexpected places. You can learn a great deal from them, too. I invite you to join me on a journey through the Collection of Forgotten Records.
